The The North Street case study
The challenge
The North Street had the product and the audience but not the storefront. Mobile pages took over five seconds to become interactive, the catalogue had no usable filtering, and paid traffic was being sent to a homepage rather than to the ranges people had actually clicked on. Roughly half of mobile sessions ended before a product page ever rendered.
Our approach
We rebuilt the storefront around speed and findability — a rewritten theme, real filters, and a checkout stripped of every optional field. Paid media was restructured so each ad set landed on its own collection page, and we rebuilt the product feed so the catalogue was legible to Meta and Google. Photography was reshot as a single consistent range at our studio.
The result
Conversion rate rose 38% within the first quarter on effectively flat traffic, and cost per acquisition fell as feed-driven placements took over from broad prospecting. The brand now ships new ranges in days rather than weeks.
