The Kevabox case study

01

The challenge

Kevabox came to us pre-launch: no storefront, no audience, no proof that anyone wanted the range at the price point. Jewellery is a category where trust does most of the selling, and a new name has none of it.

02

Our approach

We built the brand and the shop together. Positioning and identity first, then a Shopify storefront designed around a single hero range, then a launch programme that paired creator seeding with tightly-held paid media. Every piece was shot in-house so the catalogue looked like one brand rather than a marketplace listing. Retention flows on email and WhatsApp went live before the first ad did.

03

The result

Kevabox went from zero to ₹30 lakhs in sales in its opening period, with roughly a quarter of that revenue coming from returning customers — unusually high for a first season and the clearest sign the brand had actually landed.

What the client said

We launched with no audience at all. Four months later we were re-stocking faster than we could shoot.
