The Obleka case study
The challenge
Obleka was posting daily and getting almost nothing back. The feed was a product catalogue — flat lays, price tags, no voice — and the audience had no reason to stay past the first swipe.
Our approach
We rebuilt the content around three pillars: styling, the women who wear it, and the making of each range. Short-form video replaced static flat lays as the primary format, shot in batches so the cost per asset stayed sane. A micro-creator cohort gave the brand faces beyond its own, with usage rights negotiated so the best content could run as paid.
The result
Reach tripled within a quarter and, more importantly, saves and shares became the leading indicator of which ranges would sell out — giving the merchandising team a signal weeks ahead of the sales data.
