Strategy, film, design and media sit within earshot of each other. You will see your work through from the argument to the invoice, not hand it to a vendor and hope.

There is no account layer standing between you and the person paying. You present your own work, defend your own numbers, and get credited for both.

A real craft budget
In-house edit suite, shoot kit, and paid time to learn the tool properly rather than watching a tutorial at 11pm because a deadline moved.

Honest hours
Mon–Sat, 10:00 to 19:00. Crunch happens on shoot weeks and we say so up front — it is not the default setting of the studio.

Performance Marketing Executive

Run Meta and Google accounts for a portfolio of D2C and local service brands, with a senior strategist alongside you.
What you will do
- Own day-to-day media buying across Meta and Google
- Build and maintain the creative testing calendar
- Write the weekly client note — what changed, what it cost, what we learned
- Keep tracking and attribution honest
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years managing paid social or search budgets
- Comfortable defending a number in a client meeting
- Spreadsheet fluency; SQL is a bonus, not a requirement
Video Editor
ProductionIndiranagar, Bengaluru — on-siteFull-time
Cut short-form and brand films in our in-house suite, working directly with the director rather than through a brief queue.
What you will do
- Edit short-form content in weekly batches
- Cut brand films from assembly through to delivery
- Basic grade, sound design and motion graphics
- Version and caption for every platform
What we are looking for
- 2+ years editing commercial work
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects
- A reel where the first two seconds hold up
Brand Strategist
StrategyIndiranagar, Bengaluru — hybridFull-time
Lead positioning work, run client workshops, and write the strategy the creative and media teams build against.
What you will do
- Run research, interviews and category analysis
- Facilitate positioning workshops with founders
- Write positioning, messaging and tone-of-voice documents
- Brief and pressure-test creative work
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in brand strategy or planning
- Genuinely good writing — this is most of the job
- Willing to hold an unpopular point of view in a room of founders
